Job Title: Junior & Senior Bartender

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Junior & Senior Bartenders to join our team. Candidates should have a passion for hospitality, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Junior Bartender:

Assist in preparing and serving beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Support senior staff during busy hours
Ensure proper stock handling and basic inventory support

Senior Bartender:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages
Handle bar operations independently
Interact with guests and recommend drinks based on preferences
Train and guide junior bartenders
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements

Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in bartending or hospitality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of beverages and bar tools
Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts
