Kitchen Sanitation & Hygiene
Maintain spotless back-of-house areas, including deep cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation zones.
Operate commercial dishwashing machines, ensuring all pots, pans, and cutlery are sanitized according to health codes.
Manage waste disposal, recycling, and trash removal to prevent contamination.
Operational Support
Ensure wait stations are fully stocked with clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery during peak hours.
Assist in unpacking food deliveries and properly organizing dry storage and cold-room spaces.
Comply with all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) safety protocols and report maintenance issues to management.
Key Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen stewarding or food and beverage (F&B) role.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Certifications: Basic food safety or hygiene certifications are typically preferred.
