We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to enhance the movie-going experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will assist customers inside the cinema, ensure timely service, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the cinema in a polite and professional manner
Help guests with seating and general inquiries during their movie experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately from customers
Ensure timely delivery of orders directly to customers inside the theatre
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
Coordinate with team members to provide smooth and efficient service
Handle customer concerns or requests promptly and courteously
Requirements:
Have Hotel graduation Diploma/Graduation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Work Schedule:
6 days working per week
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
