Food & Beverage Controller

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Controller to join our team at White Copper Hospitality Private Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food & Beverage Cost Control – Monitor food and beverage costs and maintain them within budget.

• Inventory Management – Conduct regular stock counts and monitor opening, closing, and variance

• Sales Reconciliation – Reconcile POS sales with cash, card, online, and other payment methods.

• Audit Support – Maintain accurate records and assist in internal and external audits

• Coordination – Work closely with F&B Operations, Purchase, Stores, Finance, and Kitchen teams.

• Consumption Tracking – Monitor daily consumption of food and beverages against sales.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports – Prepare F&B cost, stock, sales, and variance reports for management.

• Profitability Improvement – Identify areas of cost leakage and recommend corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
