ARM (Assistant Restaurant Manager) in F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Key duties involve supervising staff, creating work schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing inventory and supplies to maintain profitability and high standards. 

Key responsibilities

• Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff; managing schedules, and handling employee questions and concerns.

• Operations management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service, and supervising all restaurant-related areas in the absence of a manager.

• Inventory and ordering: Managing inventory, ordering supplies and food, and minimizing waste.

• Quality and compliance: Ensuring high-quality food and service, maintaining sanitation standards, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

• Customer satisfaction: Handling customer feedback, resolving conflicts, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Financial oversight: Monitoring sales data, managing budgets, and contributing to financial reporting.

• Menu and promotions: Collaborating on menu planning and development, and implementing promotions to drive sales.
