Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the F&B department.
• Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests.
• Ensure timely serving of food and beverages.
Coordinate closely with the •Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, and Front Office teams••.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Support upselling of food, beverages, and special menu items.
• Ensure tables and service areas are properly set up.
• Check food and beverage presentation before serving.
• Follow all F&B SOPs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Support billing, POS operations, and payment collection.
• Monitor table turnover and guest flow during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory and reporting shortages.
• Support special events, banquets, private dining, and promotional activities.
• Maintain professional grooming and communication standards.
Required Skills

• Knowledge of menu items, table service, and basic F&B operations.
• Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
• Good upselling and suggestive-selling skills.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in •Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / F&B Service•• or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with relevant hospitality experience may also be considered.
