Job Requirement: Cash Counter & Outlet Manager – Naadbramha Idli Fast Food Centre

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Outlet Manager / Cash Counter Manager to handle the complete operations of our Naadbramha Idli Fast Food Centre.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall day-to-day activities of the food outlet.

• Check and record opening and closing stock.

• Place raw material orders on time to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle the cash counter, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Supervise staff, ensure proper food preparation, and maintain quality.

• Ensure the availability of all food items as per demand.

• Minimize wastage and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

• Responsible for closing procedures and inventory control.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in fast food / restaurant operations preferred.

• Ability to manage staff and handle cash responsibly.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
