Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth functioning of restaurant and bar activities, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest complaints
Monitor food & beverage quality and hygiene standards
Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
Ensure compliance with local laws (FSSAI, liquor license, etc.)
Train and motivate staff for better performance
Plan promotions, offers, and improve customer experience
Key Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling
Knowledge of bar operations and F&B service
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic computer skills (billing software, POS systems)
Eligibility
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
Experience in restaurant/bar operations is mandatory
Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
