Job Description :

Assist the F&B Controller in monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs across outlets.

Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Analyze consumption and wastage reports to ensure proper cost control.

Help maintain accurate records of purchases, transfers, spoilage, and returns.

Coordinate with the purchasing and receiving departments to ensure compliance with standards.

Prepare regular financial reports and assist with budget planning.

Support internal audits and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS systems; knowledge of inventory software is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
