Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a Beverage Master to join our team BLND - lovin . Your responsibility will be to prepare delicious and visually appealing drinks and bowls that meet BLND Lovin’s quality standards. The ideal candidate should follow recipes precisely, ensure consistency in every order, and maintain high standards of hygiene, punctuality, and customer service.. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, fusion drinks, milkshakes, and bowls.

• Follow BLND Lovin’s recipe guidelines to maintain taste, presentation, and quality.

• Handle ingredients carefully and ensure freshness of all produce.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

• Monitor inventory and assist in refilling or notifying shortages.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and waste management standards at all times.

• Deliver top-notch service with attention to detail and consistency.

• Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience in juice bars, cafes, or beverage counters preferred.
