Hotel Basant Sarovar is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.
Experience
2–3 Years of relevant F&B / Hotel / Restaurant experience preferred
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication, leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Food & Beverage operations
Supervise restaurant and service staff
Maintain food quality, service and hygiene standards
Handle guest requirements and resolve complaints professionally
Manage inventory, stock,k and wastage control
Monitor daily sales and operational performance
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Train and motivate the F&B team
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
