Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Restaurant Captain to lead and supervise the service team in delivering excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and able to manage the floor effectively during busy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the service staff during shifts.

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen/bar.

• Monitor food and beverage service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.

• Train new service staff and help improve their performance.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area.

• Maintain inventory and coordinate with the stewarding team for supplies.

• Assist in billing and ensure smooth payment processes.

• Support the team during peak hours and manage shift duties efficiently.

• Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward (2–4 years preferred).

  • Good knowledge of food and beverages, including menu and service styles.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
