Key Responsibilities

🔆 Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of F&B staff across shifts

🔆 Ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction

🔆 Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies

🔆 Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards

🔆 Train and mentor junior staff members

🔆 Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

🔆 Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless operations

🔆 Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
