We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.

Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Design innovative menus in collaboration with the chef and management.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.

Achieve financial targets by controlling costs and increasing revenue.

Plan and execute promotions and events to drive
