Job Description

Associate is the basic unit of job of the store  He should be able to do all the types of job in the store and he is generalist  He should come 30 minutes before the store opened / shift start and stay 30 minutes post the store closed / shift closed  Need to continue the shift operations in case of next shift reliever does not turn Basic Operations  Cleaning –Store, Vessels, Tables, Display units, Storage units, Instruments, Floor, Walls, Glasses, Wash Basin, Display Stands, Lights, Fans etc.  Should maintain store – Spic n Span and in HygineConditions  Wear –Uniform, Apron, Shoes, Caps, Gloves  Need to be neatly Groomed and Presentable (Nails, Hair cut, Shaven, No jewellery) and Trained to greet Customers with a Smile  Need to clear Tables and turn around store  Maintain proper Health, Integrity, Timings, Discipline and presentable
