Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare Momos, Fries, Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, Maggi and quick snacks.

• Prepare Mojitos, Cold Coffee, Shakes, Lemonades and basic hot coffee beverages.

• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.

• Follow recipes and portion sizes.

• Assist in stock management and ingredient preparation.

• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.

• Support order preparation during rush hours.

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a café, fast-food outlet, restaurant, or cloud kitchen.

• Knowledge of Momos, Fries, Mojitos, Cold Coffee, Shakes and Coffee preparation.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Honest, punctual and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with café operations.

• Inventory handling knowledge.

• Ability to work independently during shifts.

• Customer-friendly attitude.
