Work Location : Multiple

As a Griddle's Pod Operator, you will be responsible for the final assembly, finishing, and service of food items at your location. You will maintain high standards of speed, hygiene, accuracy, and customer experience, ensuring that each order meets brand guidelines and is served fresh.

*Key Responsibilities*

· Assemble and finish food orders based on SOPs (e.g., heating, rolling, garnishing, sealing).

· Operate equipment like Speed Ovens, induction cooktops, sealing machines, Knives, among others.

· Perform daily hygiene checks and ensure cleanliness of the pod.

· Accurately pack orders for takeaway or delivery platforms.

· Track stock of SKUs and consumables; notify the central team of replenishment needs.

· Follow safety and food handling guidelines at all times.

· Capture customer feedback and escalate service issues where needed.

· Maintain pod uptime and ensure systems (POS, internet, packaging station) are operational.

*Skills & Qualifications*

· Prior QSR or kitchen experience preferred, but not mandatory.

· Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and deliver under pressure.

· Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety protocols.

· Friendly, presentable, and punctual.
