Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Senior Steward to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, supervising stewards, ensuring smooth dining operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and requests promptly.

Supervise and guide junior stewards during shifts.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Set up tables and ensure proper table presentation.

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Assist in training new team members.

Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
