Ensure timely and courteous food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria and serving areas in accordance with hospital standards.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
Monitor and replenish pantry and cafeteria supplies as required.
Assist in basic food preparation and presentation.
Operate and maintain pantry equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive and store food items appropriately to maintain quality and freshness.
Coordinate with the administration team for stock requirements and daily operations.
Address customer requests professionally and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Qualification
Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, or Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a hospital, cafeteria, hotel, or restaurant is preferred.
