• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and welcoming manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to standard recipes.

• Assist in food preparation and plating (as per the café’s menu).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and the café premises.

• Refill display counters and manage inventory as required.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and café protocols.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional manner.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
