Job Description: Team Member – WOW! Momo (Store Level)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders, and provide good customer service.
Prepare and serve food as per company standards.
Handle billing and cash counter operations, if required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Manage stock, inventory, and food supplies.
Follow SOPs and ensure smooth store operations.
Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass; freshers can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Prior QSR or food-service experience is an advantage.
