• Manage cart operations, including order taking, billing, and cash/UPI/card handling.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards at the cart.

• Monitor stock levels for cakes, desserts, and beverages; coordinate with the kitchen for replenishments.

• Maintain daily sales records and support in achieving revenue goals.

• Assist in implementing promotions, offers, and upselling of the cart’s products.

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
