Position:

Cafe Staff / Cafe Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-friendly cafe staff to manage daily cafe operations smoothly. The role includes customer service, order handling, basic food & beverage preparation, cleanliness, billing, and maintaining a positive cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers professionally
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and basic cafe items
Handle billing, POS machine, cash, and UPI payments
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen, and service area
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
Refill stock and inform management about inventory shortages
Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for smooth operations
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Support opening and closing duties of the cafe

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
Prior cafe, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
Positive attitude and good grooming
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with multitasking ability

Preferred Skills:

Coffee/tea machine handling/knowledge
Billing software/POS knowledge
Customer service and upselling skills
Fast working ability under pressure

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts
6 days working / weekly off as per schedule

Salary:

Based on experience and skills
