looking for a full time staff as a helper for the main chef, should be able to converse with customers properly, polite and quick thinking. Preferably someone living nearby so travel isn't an issue. should be able to manage the cafe in the absence of main staff. All items will be precooked and prepared in his absence and should be able to help the chef in everyway.
