Job Description

We are looking for a Cafe Staff to join our team at The Belgian Waffle Company to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 13,000 - ₹ 15,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

• Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.

• Handle billing and cash counter operations.

• Pack online and takeaway orders accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Assist in store opening and closing activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant store environment.

• Work as a team to achieve daily operational goals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
