Job Title: Crew Member

Location: Galleria Mall, Yelahanka, Bangalore

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Crew Members to support daily operations, ensure excellent service, and maintain hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders politely

• Prepare and serve food as per SOPs

• Maintain cleanliness of service area, counter & dining space

• Ensure food quality, portion control, and hygiene

• Support billing and cashier operations when required

• Refill stocks, disposables, and maintain workstation readiness

• Assist in kitchen prep and service during rush hours

• Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOPs

• Deliver a positive customer experience through quick and friendly service

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in QSR / restaurant preferred (freshers also welcome)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented and positive attitude

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends & mall hours
