 Customer Service:

o Greet employees and visitors warmly.

o Take orders and serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely

manner.

 Beverage & Food Preparation:

o Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages as per set recipes.

other menu items.

 Inventory & Stock Management:

o Monitor stock levels of beverages, snacks, and consumables.

o Ensure proper storage of food items in line with hygiene standards.

 Cleanliness & Hygiene:

o Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, and café equipment.

o Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines as per company

policy.

o Dispose of waste in the correct manner and keep the area tidy at all

times.
