Team Member – Chai & Snacks Counter | Sukh Chai Gurgaon | Rs.14,000 + Bonus

About Sukh Chai & This Role:
Sukh Chai ek fast-growing chai QSR brand hai jo Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon (Sector 102 and Sector 109) par operate karta hai. Hum 7 AM se 3 AM tak open rehte hain aur walk-in customers ke saath Zomato and Swiggy delivery dono handle karte hain. Key Responsibilities:
• Customers ko warm welcome karo, order lo aur POS par accurately bill karo
• Chai, snacks aur combos recipe standards ke according prepare karo
• Counter, tables, service area aur dustbin and undersink area consistent cleanliness par rakho
• Combos, add-ons aur upsells suggest karke Average Order Value (AOV) badhao
• Shift ke dauran store SOPs aur hygiene checklist follow karo
• Stock levels check karo, low stock report karo
• Team ke saath milkar kaam karo aur positive environment maintain karo
• Shift Manager ko daily operations mein support do

SALARY & BONUS STRUCTURE —
FULL BREAKDOWN COMPONENT — AMOUNT Amount
Base Salary (Fixed — credited 5th - 7th of month) Rs.12,000- 15,000/month
Additional Fixed Components - Food Allowance/Travel Allowance/Accomodation Allowance

Bonus 1: Attendance Bonus Rs.500/month — full attendance = full Rs.500
Bonus 2: Hygiene Bonus Rs.500/month (Can be paid weekly) — weekly hygiene audit Rotational Hygiene Task for Each employee 90%+ = Rs.500
Bonus 3: Team Sales Bonus Rs.700/month — outlet monthly target hit hone par
Bonus 4: Special Performance Bonus (AI) Rs.2,000/month — no phone use + productivity score

Partial performance = partial bonus — koi bhi din zero nahi hota agar aap kaam kar rahe ho.

Eligibility & Requirements:
• Age: 18-28 years
• Education: 10th pass (12th preferred)
• Language: Hindi (English zaruri nahi)
• Location: Sector 109 Conscient One Mall, Palam Vihar ke 4-5 km andar
• Shifts: Morning (7 AM - 5 PM) ya Evening (3 PM-1 AM) — fixed/rotational Can be discussed during Interview. Currently open for both
• Experience: Fresher ya 0-2 years in any food service, cafe, QSR, hotel


Quick Career Growth Path:
• Team Member → Senior Team Member in 6 months
• Senior TM → Shift Manager in 12 months
• Shift Manager → Store Manager in 12- 24 months
• Store Manager → Area Manager as Sukh Chai expands

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
