Job Description – Waiter

Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a great guest experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table presentation.
Follow café service standards and food safety guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and barista team.
Handle customer queries and requests politely and professionally.
Candidates with a background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry are preferred.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a customer-first approach are essential.
Freshers with a passion for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
