Cafe Staff

The Team Member plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations. They are responsible for maintaining quality standards in food preparation, service, and hygiene, while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and take accurate food orders.

• Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas, including kitchen, service counters, and dining space.

• Ensure proper portioning, food safety, and quality control.

• Handle cash and billing systems accurately (if assigned to POS counter).

• Assist with inventory control and stock management.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.

• Support team members and managers during peak business hours.

• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
