We are hiring Cafe Staff
The Team Member (Barista) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth café operations.
· Prepare all CCD beverages including coffees, teas, frappes, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes.
· Prepare and serve café food items such as sandwiches, desserts, and snacks.
· Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all items served.
· Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
· Provide product suggestions and upsell menu items when required.
· Manage billing at the POS system and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
· Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer queries or complaints.
· Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, tables, equipment, and serving area.
· Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per CCD policy.
· Ensure proper cleaning of machines and equipment at regular intervals.
· Assist in stock management—checking inventory, replenishing supplies, and proper storage of ingredients.
· Follow opening and closing procedures of the café.
· Support the Café Manager and team in smooth day-to-day operations.
· Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
· Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
· Participate in training sessions and skill-building workshops conducted by CCD.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and food handling (training will be provided).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
· Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
