Explain menu items, offers, and upsell when appropriate
Handle customer queries and complaints politely
Ensure fast and friendly service during peak hours
Prepare beverages and food items as per SOPs and recipes
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Operate coffee machines, blenders, POS systems, etc.
Generate bills through POS system (Dine-in / Takeaway / Online)
Handle cash, UPI, cards responsibly
Follow correct discount and offer policies
Maintain cleanliness of café, counters, equipment, and wash areas
Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
Check availability of raw materials and finished products
Inform supervisor about low stock or shortages
Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and delivery partners
Follow shift schedules and attend briefings
Support team during rush hours and promotions
Basic communication skills (English / Hindi / Local language)
Customer-friendly attitude and teamwork mindset
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service (preferred)
