Cafe Staff

We are looking for a Guest Service associate to join our passionate team in PolarBear Icecream sundae's which is one of India's most popular brand in Icecream having 200+ branches in Bengaluru and all over India, to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them in seating.

• Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.

• Serve Icream sundae's in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.

• Respond to guest queries or requests.

• Learn the Icecream recipes as fast as possible.

• Learn Food safety and handling and maintain at all times.

• Set up and clear tables for guests.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and freshers also are welcome to apply. They must have basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Kannada, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
