Job Description – Team Member
Responsibilities:
Comfortable working with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Flexible to work in rotational/variable shifts (no night shifts for women).
Male candidates should be clean-shaven.
Basic ability to read and understand English.
Maintain personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Must be able to read and understand English and Hindi.
Should be aware of the salary package and agree to company terms.
Must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the role.
A 7-day notice period is required; if an employee resigns or absconds without notice, salary equivalent to 7 days will be deducted.
Must have valid Aadhaar and educational qualification documents.
Candidate must be 18 years or older (as per Aadhaar verification).
Should be willing to work rotational shifts and be open to transfer to nearby stores if required.
