Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The role involves preparing food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items

• Operate the cash register and handle payments

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and equipment

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Restock supplies as needed

• Handle customer questions and resolve basic complaints politely

• Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods

Requirements & Skills

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Willingness to learn (training provided)

• Prior café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Working Conditions

• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

• Standing for long periods

• May involve early mornings or late evenings

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
