Roles & Responsibilities - GSA
1.Reporting on time as per allocated shift.
2.Adhering to all the SOPs at the outlet level
3.Serving customers in timely manner.
4.Providing excellent customer service.
5.Maintaining the outlet cleanliness & hygiene.
6.Adhering to work timing & duty roaster assigned by the Store manager.
7.Wearing the prescribed uniform while on duty.
8.Adhering grooming & personal hygiene standards.
9.Customer relationship (Greeting with a smile, Welcoming & thanking, Taking order)
10.Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop.
customer service skills.
11.Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Identifying
customer needs.
12.Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
13.Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their
inquiries.
14.Updating customer information as required.
15.Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping, monitors and
maintains the condition and safekeeping of items.
16.Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
17.Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
18.Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.
19.Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction
and business performance.
