Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Server with prior experience in the food and service industry. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-presented, and confident in communicating with customers in English while taking orders and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
Handle basic customer requests and concerns politely.
Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry
Prior experience as a Food Server / Waiter
Ability to speak and understand English confidently while taking orders
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Well-groomed and professional appearance

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of café or restaurant service standards
Basic knowledge of food and beverages
Team player with a positive attitude
