Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, handle complaints, and process payments.
Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble menu items quickly, following brand quality and recipe standards.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain hygiene in dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and general workspace.
Operations: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, restock supplies, support teammates, and follow all safety/hygiene protocols.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods, and adhere to company values and policies.
