• Greeting Customers:

  Provide a friendly and welcoming first impression. 

• Taking Orders:

  Accurately record customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and assist with order choices. 

• Cashiering:

  Process customer payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change. 

• Food & Beverage Preparation:

  Prepare food and drinks to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency. 

• Order Assembly:

  Package food and beverages, ensuring all condiments and requested items are included. 

Restaurant Operations & Maintenance

• Maintaining Cleanliness:

  Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized according to safety and hygiene protocols. 

• Equipment Operation:

  Operate various equipment, such as cash registers, fryers, ovens, and specialized equipment like espresso machines. 

• Restocking Supplies:

  Monitor and refill food, beverage, and other operational supplies to ensure smooth operations. 

• Food Safety:

  Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment. 

Teamwork & General Duties

• Team Collaboration:

  Work effectively with other team members to ensure fast-paced operations and meet daily goals. 

• Shift Procedures:

  Assist with opening and closing duties as required by the management. 

• Problem Solving:

  Address customer complaints or issues in a positive and professional manner to ensure a positive experience. 

• Flexibility:

  Be willing to adapt to different roles and tasks as needed to support the team and operations
