Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Take orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, dining area, and kitchen.
Ensure food safety and follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support opening, closing, and daily outlet operations.
Work effectively with the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
