Job Title: Café Executive/Store executive
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Café Executive to manage day-to-day operations at Box Bite Café. The role involves handling customer orders, maintaining service quality, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting café operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Welcome customers and assist them with menu choices, orders, and service.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
Ensure café hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met.
Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory tracking.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions politely.
Assist in promotional activities, upselling, and maintaining customer loyalty.
Prepare daily sales/operations reports as assigned by the Café Manager.
Work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per café schedule.
Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Hotel Management / F&B preferred).
1–3 years of experience in café, QSR, or F&B service.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada preferred).
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours if required.
