Job Description

A KFC Team Member ensures excellent guest service by preparing quality food, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean restaurant. Duties include taking customer orders, assembling and packing meals, handling cash accurately, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. [

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet guests with a positive attitude, accurately process orders, handle payments, and resolve complaints effectively.
Food Preparation: Follow recipes and food-handling procedures to prepare, cook, and assemble chicken, sides, and sandwiches.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Regularly clean food preparation areas, operate dishwashers, clear dining tables, and restock supplies.
Team Collaboration: Assist coworkers across various stations (front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen) to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Core Requirements

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused mindset.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and cleaning.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash registers and counting change.
