Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests with a positive attitude, accurately process orders, handle payments, and resolve complaints effectively.
Food Preparation: Follow recipes and food-handling procedures to prepare, cook, and assemble chicken, sides, and sandwiches.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Regularly clean food preparation areas, operate dishwashers, clear dining tables, and restock supplies.
Team Collaboration: Assist coworkers across various stations (front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen) to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
