Cafe Staff

We are looking for a Cafe Staff to join our team at Funtertainment Factory to provide excellent service to the customers. In this role, you will take orders, prepare shakes, coffee, food and serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹13000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them in selecting from menu.
• Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.
• Open/close shop and related responsibilities such as cleaning, making cold coffee, shakes, mocktails, tea, sandwiches, Maggi, manage sweetcorn and momos counter.
• Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kiosk and service areas including softy machine, sweetcorn counter, shakes counter etc.
• Respond to guest queries or requests.
• Coordinate with other staff for smooth service.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Should be willing to work with honesty and with a smile on face throughout with complete focus on increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
