Cafe Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide prompt, courteous service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and dining spaces

• Handle cash, card transactions, and returns accurately

• Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines

• Replenish supplies and assist in inventory management

• Support team members and managers to meet daily operational goals

• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold brand image and values

• Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and POS handling skills

• Team player with a customer-first mindset

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Prior experience in QSR or food service is a plus, but not mandatory
