We are looking for a QSR-Quick Service Restaurant Staff to join our team to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 and a friendly work environment where you are treated with respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist them in deciding the Menu
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders,do aggressive suggestive selling
Prepare the food with Guidelines and SOPs provided.
Maintain cleanliness of tthe outlet and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness in your own outlet and take ownership for your work.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude and should be respectful and cordial inside the outlet with colleagues as well.
