We are looking for a CAFE STAFF & MANAGER to join our team EATRIFIC CAFE to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
TEAM MEMBER & SR. TEAM MEMBER
Greet guests and assist them in seating.
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.
Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Set up and clear tables for guests.
Store Manager (Overall Operations & Strategy)
Hiring & Training: Recruiting, training, and onboarding new baristas/staff.
Financial Management: Budgeting, managing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and maximizing profitability.
Inventory Control: Ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and reducing waste.
Scheduling & Compliance: Creating staff schedules, payroll management, and ensuring health/safety compliance.
Marketing & Standards: Developing promotional activities and maintaining brand/service standards.
