Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. The role involves preparing beverages and snacks, handling customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and assisting the team to ensure smooth store operations in line with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders, and assist them with product inquiries.

• Prepare and serve beverages, chai, and quick snacks according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including kitchen and customer areas.

• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of store products and service counters.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the management when items need replenishment.

• Support daily store operations and work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.

• Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.

• Provide a friendly and positive experience to customers and handle basic service issues when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Basic English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible week-offs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
