• Welcome & greet customers professionally
• Take orders (dine-in + online platforms)
• Serve food & beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of tables & service area
• Handle billing / POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen during rush hours
• Ensure smooth & friendly customer experience

📦 Additional Responsibility (Important):

• Manage online orders (Zomato / Swiggy)
• Check order accuracy before dispatch
• Pack orders properly when required
• Monitor incoming orders & avoid delays
• Handle aggregator tablets during non-rush hours

• Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
