Cafe Staff

We are looking for a Cafe Staff to join our team at Cococart Ventures Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them in seating.

• Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.

• Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.

• Respond to guest queries or requests.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.

• Set up and clear tables for guests.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per standards

• Assist customers with orders and ensure good service

• Maintain café hygiene and cleanliness

• Handle billing/POS when required

• Manage basic stock and daily café operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training will be provided)

• Good communication & customer service skills

• Polite, energetic, and presentable

• Hotel Management students preferred

• Freshers are also welcome
