Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food & beverages as per standard recipes (e.g., chai, coffee, vada pav, snacks)
Take customer orders and handle billing through POS
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times
Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive experience
Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
Follow all company SOPs and safety guidelines
Support team members during rush hours
